These terms cover the use of this website. They do not replace the written quote or repair authority you sign when we actually work on your vehicle — those documents govern the repair itself.
A quote request is not a quote
The form on this site is a request for a quote. Submitting it does not book your vehicle in, and nothing on this site is a fixed price or an offer to repair at a particular figure. A real quote comes from a licensed repairer after we have seen the vehicle — damage that looks minor in a photo often is not, and the opposite happens too.
General information only
Descriptions of our services, indicative repair times and general guidance on this site are written to be helpful, not to be a promise about any specific vehicle or job. Timeframes depend on parts, insurer authorisation and what we find once the vehicle is stripped.
Insurance information
Anything on this site about choosing your own repairer or how claims work is general information. Your own policy wording and your insurer's requirements decide what applies to you. Check your policy, or ask us and we will talk you through it.
